The foods you eat is another option But if you think that dieting and counting calories will help burn more calories, you have been mislead. Cutting calories actually slows your metabolism drastically. Instead believe the rumors… drinks like coffee and green tea really do increase your metabolism up to 4% for over two hours after you drink it up.

If you like spicy then good for you. Peppers are a great way to up your calorie burning potential. They contain a chemical called capsaicin which boost your internal metabolic powers. This is the same thing that is responsible for making you sweat when you get the hot stuff. If you love spicy foods now you will love it even more!

Are these excuses to eat more? No…but they will help you lose fat a little easier, especially if you’re following a clean and decent diet. What does a decent diet mean? Eat healthy 90% of the time and give yourself a break 10% of the time to eat your favorite foods and indulge in cravings.
